The successful candidate will play a key role in leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinating defect management, and acting as a central liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams during and after deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end UAT processes, including test planning, script review, execution, and defect tracking.
  • Coordinate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and status updates for key governance forums.
  • Support data migration and system readiness activities ahead of go-live.
  • Provide insight and analysis to optimise system functionality and business processes.
  • Develop UAT reporting and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to track progress and risks.
  • Deliver post go-live support, acting as the first point of contact for user queries and issues.
  • Triage and manage enhancements, defects, and support requests with external vendors.
  • Assist with user training and ongoing system adoption.
  • Support project administration and coordination as required.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM).
  • Exposure to CMS platforms (ideally Kentico or similar).
  • Proven experience in UAT management, including test planning, script creation, and execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data handling and process analysis.
  • Experience with Jira, Excel, and structured defect tracking processes.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools (advantageous).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
