Delta Capita is supporting a leading international bank on a defined loan portfolio transfer programme in London. You will run transfers end to end, coordinating with Front Office, agent banks and buying counterparties to document, circle, book and settle each trade.
Responsibilities include preparing Transfer Certificates per LMA standards, reviewing transfer provisions, drafting Pricing Letters, and maintaining Loan IQ records to ensure accurate settlements.
