Role OverviewWe are looking for a Junior Developer to join a global team modernising architecture and building microservices for a leading financial services client. The platform processes data from multiple sources to meet regulatory and risk requirements.

What You\’ll Do

Contribute to developing and maintaining microservices and full-stack applications.

Assist in integrating AI/ML models into production systems and building data pipelines.

Write clean, efficient code and participate in code reviews.

Collaborate with senior engineers to implement RESTful APIs and CI/CD practices.

Work with global teams to deliver features and resolve issues.

Support troubleshooting and performance improvements.

What We\’re Looking For

Solid foundation in software engineering and backend development.

Experience with Java (latest versions preferred).

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).

Basic understanding of containers (Docker) and cloud platforms.

Understanding or exposure to AI/ML concepts and frameworks.

Knowledge of Frontend development experience with ReactJS or similar frameworks.

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
