This is a great opportunity to join our fast-growing Consulting and Regulatory Solutions Business, working with some of the world's leading financial institutions. As a Regulatory BA/PM, the successful candidate will work directly with our clients across various capabilities, including analysis, requirements validation, data model and sourcing, mapping, controls, test design, and others. You will ensure the client receives the quality consulting services that Delta Capita (DC) offers. You will be the primary point of contact between the customer and DC as part of our Global Consulting team based in London.
Regulatory Consultant (Hybrid PM/BA) with knowledge of various regulatory regimes such as:
- Transaction Reporting - EMIR/MIFID/MAS/ASIC/HKMA
- CSDR/T+1 - Factors impacting settlement efficiency
- DORA/Operational Resilience/Critical Third Party Regime
- Consumer Duty/Consumer Complaints
Ideal candidates would have 4-8 years of consulting experience, demonstrating a track record of managing small consulting teams on topics related to the above, in either a Lead BA or Lead PM capacity. It would be great if you had:
- Previous consulting experience
- Experience in Capital Management, Operations, Middle Office, Operational Risk, Liquidity Management (beneficial)
- Regulatory exposure in MiFID II / MiFIR, Basel, IBOR, FRTB, CRD & CRR, SFTR, Operational Resilience (beneficial)
This is a permanent full-time position based in London. A valid UK work permit is mandatory. Expectations regarding hybrid working: Our policy aligns with client requirements, typically requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote per week.
