OTC Equity Drafter AVP/VP – London

Delta Capita invites applications for the OTC Equity Drafter AVP/VP role in London. This is a permanent, full‑time position with hybrid or UK remote options.

Role Summary

The successful candidate will be part of Delta Capita’s OTCMS Managed Service Business, supporting structured product manufacturers with documentation drafting, automation, client onboarding, product governance, issuance support and post‑trade lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Risk mitigate and confirm OTC derivative transitions with internal and external clients via paper or electronic confirmation processes.
• Deal with trade confirmation language and economic breaks.
• Collaborate with counterparties – resolve urgent issues, clarify issues or draft points on outstanding trade confirmations.
• Draft ad‑hoc confirmations in conjunction with Legal.
• Create templates if necessary, seeking Sales, Trading and Legal approvals.
• Deliver strategic projects to drive efficiency and enhanced controls.
• Manage other tasks as assigned based on demand.

Job Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of the 2002 and 2006 ISDA Equity and Swap Definitions.
• Experience drafting and reviewing OTC Equity Structured Products, including Conditional Variance Swaps, Phoenix Autocalls, Swap Strategies and Worst/Best of Strategies.
• Able to review and negotiate Equity Master Confirmation Agreements.
