Delta Capita are expanding our Structured Products business in Europe and are recruiting for an experienced Structured Products Documentation SME to join our global team. The right candidate must have specialist skills in Structured Products and their associated documentation for the European market.
This is a key role in a fast-growing global business, offering the opportunity to work with leading investment banks at the forefront of the structured products industry. You will join our global team who provide end-to-end structured product issuance support to cross-asset businesses at Tier 1 investment banks spanning documentation, governance, automation, and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft new and maintain/update existing documentation templates for Structured Products documentation to facilitate automation, including templates for: Termsheets, Pricing Supplements, Final Terms, Issuer Specific Summaries, Key Information Documents and ancillary documentation to support automation and standardisation initiatives.
- Review the above templates for accuracy against the base template provided by the client and the specific trade details.
- Manage a pipeline of work, adhering to deadlines and providing oversight of status and progress.
- Partner directly with senior stakeholders across business, legal, and operations functions at our clients, developing trusted relationships and delivering high-quality structured products services.
- Champion innovation and process improvement, leveraging technology to streamline and optimise structured product documentation workflows.
- Collaborate globally with peers to ensure consistency, efficiency, and knowledge sharing across all regions.
- Proficiency in French is essential for client engagement and documentation translation and review.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Extensive experience in Structured Products issuance, with a deep understanding of structure types, payoffs, and documentation requirements.
- Drafting and/or templating of: Termsheets, Pricing Supplements, Final Terms, Issuer Specific Summaries, Key Information Documents and ancillary documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities across business, legal, and operational areas.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage complex workflows and multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
