The successful candidate will bring structure to a fragmented landscape of data issues, align senior stakeholders across business and technology functions, and deliver a clear roadmap for remediation and sustainable improvement.

  • Strong Front Office experience, ideally across Fixed Income, Credit, Rates or FX.
  • Proven track record delivering data quality, data governance, reference data or data transformation programmes.
  • Experience establishing programme governance and managing delivery across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Demonstrated success driving business process change within complex organisations.
  • Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders at Director and Managing Director level.
  • Strong understanding of the relationship between business processes, data and technology.
  • Experience working with data platforms or supporting AI/data readiness initiatives would be advantageous.
