Location : London, Hybrid Role Type : 12 Month Contract Delta Capita is seeking a highly skilled Senior Rates Developer to join our Global Markets Technology practice. Pricing control tools and configuration frameworks used by traders and quants Integration of new quantitative models and external market data feeds This is a hands‑on engineering role within a fast‑paced, high‑performance trading technology environment. Integrate quantitative models and new market data feeds into the pricing platform. Implement high‑quality Java server‑side components, applying industry‑standard development patterns. Build simulation and back‑testing environments; Conduct automated unit, integration, and performance testing prior to UAT. Ensure removal of open‑source or cyber vulnerabilities, contributing to strong risk and control governance. Participate in intraday or overnight support rota when required. Strong server‑side Java development experience, including multithreading. Experience building global, distributed systems in a real‑time trading environment (24x5.Python experience is advantageous. Experience with low‑latency tuning, concurrent programming and distributed design patterns. Experience with testing frameworks, CI/CD and automated deployments.
