The Product Manager reports to the Head of Report Hub and is a core member of the leadership team. Report Hub is an industry‑leading trade reporting and post‑reporting assurance platform, recently acquired by Delta Capita from DTCC. In collaboration with the Head of Product Strategy and Business Development, the Product Manager develops and oversees the product roadmap, providing strategic leadership to the squad Product Owners. The Product Manager is responsible for translating the product strategy into well-defined squad deliverables through agile methodologies, with a strong emphasis on optimising value for clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Leadership & Strategy
- Own the end‑to‑end product roadmap, and backlog.
- Translate product strategy into prioritised deliverables aligned to client and business value.
- Align stakeholders across the organisation on product positioning, scope, and delivery outcomes.
- Ensure all Product Owners clearly understand and execute against the product vision.
- Manage overall product scope through backlog grooming and Epic refinement in collaboration with Product Owners.
- Work closely with delivery squads to plan, prioritise, and refine work using agile/scrum methodologies.
- Balance strategic objectives with delivery constraints to ensure effective execution.
- Act as a key interface between squads, internal stakeholders, and external clients.
- Run and lead client working groups, ensuring transparency, alignment, and progress tracking.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Essential
- Proven experience in a Product Manager or equivalent role.
- Strong experience working within agile / scrum delivery environments, including defining MVPs and prioritisation.
- Deep knowledge of financial services operations, particularly Trade Booking and Regulatory Trade Reporting.
- Hands‑on experience in BAU or change roles covering at least one or more trade reporting regimes.
