We are seeking a highly organised PMO Consultant to support a critical Data Remediation programme within our Consulting Practice. Working within a complex, fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in ensuring effective programme governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. You will help drive delivery by maintaining robust project controls, supporting senior governance forums, and providing visibility of programme progress, risks, issues, and dependencies. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end PMO support for a critical Data Remediation programme, ensuring effective governance, planning, reporting, and control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, RACI matrices, action trackers, and programme documentation across multiple remediation workstreams.
- Produce and maintain programme reporting, dashboards, and MI, providing clear visibility of progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and data quality improvements.
- Coordinate governance activities, including Working Groups, Steering Committees (SteerCo), and Operating Committees (OpCo), preparing agendas, presentations, minutes, and actions.
- Partner with business, data, technology, and operations stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and remediation objectives.
- Monitor programme risks, issues, and controls, ensuring timely escalation, adherence to governance standards, and successful delivery of remediation outcomes.
As an experienced PMO Consultant, you will have:
- Proven experience working in an end-to-end PMO role within complex change, transformation, regulatory, or data-focused programmes.
- Strong understanding of PMO governance, including project planning, RAID management, RACI frameworks, action tracking, and change control.
- Experience supporting Data Remediation, Data Quality, Data Governance, Regulatory Change, or Risk programmes.
- Advanced stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across business, operations, data, and technology teams.
- Strong reporting and management information (MI) capabilities, including dashboard creation and progress tracking using Tableau and Excel.
- Experience preparing materials for senior governance forums, including Steering Committees (SteerCo) and executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Financial services or investment banking experience.
