As a Consultant, the successful candidate will work directly with our clients to ensure they receive the quality consulting services that Delta Capita (DC) offers. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of financial services, exceptional problem-solving skills, PMO, project management and/or business analysis experience, the ability to manage, motivate and inspire others, and a proven track record of delivering successful client engagements. You will have change management experience and prior success as a senior consultant or within a change role in a financial services institution. You will combine project delivery know-how, a can-do attitude, and a strong knowledge of and network within the financial services industry. Project responsibilities include;Support Project Managers and Business Analysts, ensuring high quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle. working collaboratively and innovative work culture in line with DC’s values. Proven Consulting experience or alternatively in PMO, Project Management or Business Analysis within Financial Services. Strategy, Design, Analysis, Project Management, Build Testing, Go-Live. Understanding of Financial Services products and lifecycle events. Some experience supporting successful project/programme deliveries. You will come from a management consultant background or within a change role in a financial services institution. You must have a blend of both Financial Services knowledge and soft skills across influence, listening, presentation and team management. Experience of working in financial services regulation Experience of working in an agile environment with Agile certifications Experience of working across technology and system upgrades How We Work:Delta Capita is an equal opportunity employer. Expectations regarding hybrid working: As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the clients' offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our clients' policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require.
