Delta Capita is supporting a leading Wealth Management organisation through a major integration and transformation programme following a recent acquisition. The programme spans multiple business workstreams, including Governance & Oversight, Proposition & Products, and Financial Planning operating model transformation.
We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to work alongside Project Managers and senior business stakeholders, supporting the successful integration of processes, operating models, governance frameworks, products, and customer propositions across the organisation. This is a client-facing role suited to Business Analysts who can operate independently, engage effectively with stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and bring structure to complex transformation initiatives within Financial Services environments.
Requirements
- Conduct impact assessments across business functions, operating models, processes and governance frameworks.
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements to support programme delivery.
- Facilitate workshops, working groups and stakeholder discussions across business and operational teams.
- Support current-state assessments and future-state process design activities.
- Identify and document risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and decisions.
- Work closely with Programme Managers, business stakeholders and subject matter experts to define and implement business change.
- Support operating model transition activities and business readiness planning.
- Analyse and map business processes, customer journeys and operational workflows.
- Support governance forums, reporting and programme mobilisation activities.
Essential Experience
- Demonstrable Business Analyst experience delivering business change and transformation programmes.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.
- Experience conducting business impact assessments and process analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business and operational functions.
- Experience supporting operating model, process or organisational change initiatives.
- Experience working within Financial Services or other regulated industries.
- Financial Planning or Financial Advice transformation programmes.
- Private Banking or Investment Management environments.
- Acquisition, merger or integration programme experience.
- Governance, oversight, risk or control framework initiatives.
- Proposition, product or pricing transformation programmes.
- Target Operating Model (TOM) or business operating model design.
