We are seeking an experienced Director of AI Consulting to build and grow our AI advisory and delivery capabilities within Delta Capita’s expanding Data, Technology, and AI (DTA) function. This senior leadership role will be instrumental in defining the vision, shaping service offerings, and establishing the foundations of a scalable AI consulting practice. You will also lead AI‑driven client engagements, build high‑performing teams, and drive revenue through AI‑enabled transformation initiatives.
This is a unique opportunity for a commercially driven leader with deep consulting experience and a strong, demonstrable track record of building new capabilities in AI and other emerging technologies from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and lead Delta Capita’s AI Consulting Practice, developing our go‑to‑market strategy, proposition development, and delivery model from the ground up.
- Act as a thought leader in AI, advising C‑level clients on the practical applications of AI in financial services, including agentic AI, generative AI, automation, and predictive analytics.
- Drive business development, shaping proposals and solutions for AI‑led consulting opportunities and generating a strong, repeatable pipeline across existing and new clients.
- Collaborate closely with the broader Consulting core areas of transformation & change, regulatory, client lifecycle management (CLM).
