Delta Capita in London is seeking an experienced, hands-on Lead UX/UI Designer to cover a 12-month maternity leave, starting November 2026, based in our London office. You will own the design of complex, multi-stakeholder products end to end, from early problem solving through to prototypes and production-ready UI.
You will mentor junior designers, collaborate with product managers and engineers, ship in short cycles, and ensure accessibility and quality against WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
