- Delta Capita.RequirementsAs an experienced Principal Consultant, you will have:Strong commercial awareness alongside excellent delivery.
Demonstrate leadership capability across client and internal deliverables.Contributed to internal initiatives and drive Consulting expertise, as well as supporting industry knowledge and commercials.Strong People Leader with proven man management experience.Proven experience in Project Management and Business Analysis within Financial Services through the full lifecycle.Led Client engagements, structured and planned out entire engagements, including estimation, and balances with client expectations.
As well as proposing ideas for continuous improvement/ operational excellence to improve delivery.Change management expertise: Strategy, Design, Analysis, Project Management, Build Testing, Go-Live.Extensive understanding of Financial Services, including products and client lifecycle mattersManaging projects and teams supporting successful project/programme deliveriesGood knowledge of the capital markets eco-system and participants.
E.g., Sell side, buy side, market infrastructure, etc.Experience in technology implementation and upgrade projectsDemonstrate commercial awareness of how to leverage client relationshipsHave personally made valuable contributions to products, solutions and teams and can articulate the value to clientsResponsibilities include;Own
