Graduate Analyst – Client Lifecycle Management (Wrexham)

Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in financial services? Delta Capita is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) Managed Service team.
As an Analyst, you’ll gain hands-on experience working on live projects with Delta Capita’s clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll be supported with structured training and mentoring to help you develop the skills needed to succeed in the industry.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting client onboarding, KYC, and regulatory compliance processes
- Learning industry best practices and tools used in client lifecycle management
- Conducting end-to-end KYC/AML and client due diligence (CDD) reviews
- Gathering and analysing KYC documentation in line with client AML policy requirements, identifying and resolving any gaps
- Keeping key stakeholders informed of progress and highlighting any bottlenecks in the KYC review process
- Contributing to project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- A recent graduate (any discipline, but Finance, Business, Law, or STEM is beneficial)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment
- Strong IT Skills including Excel

This is a fixed term contract role for 6 months, located in Wrexham with hybrid working. Expectations regarding hybrid working
Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require. The actual arrangement may vary depending on client policies.
