Responsibilities:
- Supporting the team in day‑to‑day functions to enable the issuance of structured products
- Drafting of legal documentation (Pricing Supplements, Final Terms, Summaries and ancillary documentation) for structured product transactions
- Managing a pipeline queue of tasks and transactions to strict deadlines
- Initiating process improvements and leveraging technology for document automation
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with client contacts in Operations, Structuring, Legal and Trading
Experience / Skills:
- An education with a business or law background would be advantageous
- A keen interest in the financial services industry
- Highly organised and extremely detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workflow to meet deadlines
- Experience of working as part of a team and understanding the impact of the delivery of your work on colleagues
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering high quality work
- A strong work ethic proven by previous working experience
- Word, Excel, Outlook (or similar) skills to a high standard
