Delta Capita is supporting a leading international bank on a defined loan portfolio transfer programme. You will run end-to-end transfers, working directly with Front Office, agent banks and buying counterparties to document, circled, book and settle each trade.
The role requires experience in syndicated loan operations and knowledge of LMA Transfer Certificates, Pricing Letters, and transfer provisions, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication.
