This is a great opportunity to join our dynamic Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) Advisory business working with some leading financial institutions, to be part of The CLM Experts and to transform the world of CLM. This role requires an understanding of the e2e process journeys (Client Onboarding, Maintenance, Offboarding), and appreciation of stakeholder perspectives and common business needs. We empower both financial institutions and RegTech vendors by delivering solutions, targeted insights, and organisational change.
As a consultant, you will work directly with our clients, providing expert advice and ensuring DC deliver to the highest standards. You will drive engagements, manage client relationships, and support business growth by identifying opportunities and delivering innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial services, exceptional problem-solving skills, project management and/or business analysis experience, the ability to motivate and inspire others, and a proven track record of delivering successful client engagements. You will have change management experience and prior success as a management consultant or within a change role in a financial services institution.
Delta Capita's CLM Advisory Consultant Business Analysts work alongside colleagues or embedded within a client's project team to deliver business change. Core tasks include eliciting requirements, documenting and improving processes, and reviewing technology capability to support effective adoption.
The role sits within our global Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) Advisory team - The CLM Experts - supporting client engagements such as:
- Assessing current state against competitors (health checks)
- Conducting full Target Model reviews (governance, team structure, policies, data and technology), aligned to AML/KYC and Financial Crime requirements
- Supporting CLM technology selection
- Supporting delivery and implementation of in-house or vendor tooling, including requirements, testing and migration
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day client delivery and relationships, initially as an individual contributor with senior/partner oversight
- Run workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to elicit requirements and understand business issues
- Evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Document requirements, user stories and use cases, and develop solutions
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and management
- Act as liaison between clients, technology providers and internal teams, building strong client relationships
- Support implementation and adoption, resolving issues as they arise
- Manage small projects, including planning and performance monitoring
- Contribute to internal initiatives, thought leadership, and knowledge-sharing across the CLM Advisory community
Skills and Experience
- Experience in business transformation within Financial Services
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Excellent business analysis skills (requirements elicitation, process documentation)
- Strong stakeholder influencing and communication skills, up and down the client structure
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and adapting quickly
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Knowledge of CLM technology, Client Onboarding and Client Due Diligence
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
Desirable
- Understanding of Fenergo/FenX or similar CLM platforms, ideally with SaaS implementation experience
- Strong planning and execution skills
- Experience working in complex environments
- Track record of measurable contributions to products, solutions or client outcomes
