We are hiring a Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead technology strategy and delivery for our Tier 1 banking client to work within their Foreign Exchange / Rates Front Office – a key growth area across Payments, Trade, Corporate and Wealth channels. As the strategic IT partner to the Head of FX Trading, you'll shape the multi-year product and technology roadmap, working closely with Product Owners and cross-bank stakeholders to deliver scalable, market-leading FX and Payments solutions. This role goes far beyond project management – we need someone who understands the business, influences product direction, and represents technology at a senior level.

Role Responsibilities

  • Partner with the FX Front Office business head to define and drive technology strategy.
  • Lead delivery across Foreign Exchange and Rates Market, Post-Trade, Payments and Core Banking IT.
  • Shape product development and system enhancements, including Flexrate.
  • Drive multi-year investment and governance across key FX channels.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Markets, Payments, Trade Finance or Core Banking technology.
  • Experience across project/programme delivery, systems analysis or product ownership.
  • Ability to understand FX and Payments flows and translate business needs into tech outcomes.
  • Good Knowledge of FX, Payments, APIs or FinTech partnerships.
