We are looking for a Process Automation Business Analyst to help design, optimise, and rebuild our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) workflows using low‑code and no‑code platforms. This role is hands‑on, design‑focused, and suited to someone who understands processes deeply and can translate them into automated, scalable digital workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Process Discovery and Analysis: Work with business stakeholders to document current‑state CLM processes, identify gaps, streamline manual tasks, and rebuild end‑to‑end workflows.
  • Workflow Design and Build: Use low‑code/no‑code platforms such as OutSystems, Mendix, Appian, Retool, PowerApps, AppSheet, or similar to configure screens, rules, forms, validations, and workflow steps; apply automation and conditional logic to remove manual steps.
  • Technical Analysis: Work with SQL‑based data sources, APIs, and integration points; define data requirements, transformation logic, and workflow‑driven system behaviours; collaborate with engineering teams on complex integrations.
  • Testing and Deployment: Create and execute test cases; validate automation logic; support UAT and user onboarding.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor workflow performance post‑deployment; identify enhancements and iterate; ensure adoption and usability.

Qualifications

  • Experience designing workflow solutions on low‑code/no‑code platforms.
  • Strong understanding of workflow logic, process automation, and user experience design.
  • Hands‑on experience configuring forms, rules, validations, and UI components.
  • Knowledge of RBAC principles, security standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and translate requirements into working solutions.
