Responsibilities
- Lead AI‑focused client engagements, serving as the main point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Deliver high‑quality AI, data, and automation projects across financial services.
- Own account and project delivery for clients, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Manage a team of consultants, maintaining high delivery quality.
- Propose continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Oversee pipeline management of the team/direct reports, including roll‑offs, extensions, new opportunities, and pricing.
- Stay ahead of AI trends, tools, and responsible AI practices within financial services.
- Draft and negotiate statements of work, including rates and pricing.
Qualifications & Experience
- Good knowledge of the capital markets ecosystem and participants (sell side, buy side, market infrastructure).
- Proven experience advising C‑level clients on practical AI applications in financial services, such as agentic AI, generative AI, automation, and predictive analytics.
- Strong commercial awareness and excellent delivery track record.
- Leadership capability across client and internal deliverables, with a history of structuring and planning full engagements, including estimation and balancing client expectations.
- People‑leadership with proven management of team members.
- Change‑management expertise covering strategy, design, analysis, project management, build, testing, and go‑live activities.
- Extensive understanding of financial services products, client lifecycle, and related regulatory developments.
- Experience drafting and negotiating statements of work and setting rates/pricing.
- Ability to articulate the value of products, solutions, and teams to clients.
Employment Details
- Permanent full‑time position based in London with a hybrid working arrangement (minimum 3 days per week in office).
