Business Analyst / Project Manager – Consulting (KYC Change Team)
Glasgow – Onsite 3 to 4 days. 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
Role Summary
Join our fast-growing Consulting Business at Delta Capita, where we partner with leading global financial institutions to deliver impactful change. We’re looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager to support the KYC Squadron Change Team in delivering its 2025–2026 Book of Work. This is a hands-on role combining project delivery, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement across regulatory and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed program and project plans, implement governance frameworks, and manage stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Oversee risk, issues, and dependencies across the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate across functions to define requirements for changes in technology, processes, and controls.
- Create business cases with metrics to aid prioritisation; document user stories, impact assessments, and functional specifications.
- Work with technology and operations teams to ensure alignment and clarity in Agile delivery.
- Support Agile squads and may act as proxy Product Owner when needed.
- Identify business gaps and translate into actionable user stories; own capability and epic delivery aligned to strategic initiatives.
- Assist Product Owners and leadership with roadmap planning and provide stakeholder updates using meaningful metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in consulting, project management, or business analysis within financial services.
- Strong change management skills across strategy, design, testing, and implementation.
- Experience in Agile environments and supporting delivery squads.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
- Understanding of Financial Services products and lifecycle events.
- Experience managing projects and team members supporting successful deliveries.
- Blend of Financial Services knowledge and soft skills across influence, listening, presentation and team management.
