Regulatory Operations Analyst – DOI
Fixed term contract

We have an exciting opportunity at one of our Tier 1 Investment Banking clients within their Regulatory Reporting Transaction Management function. The role offers exposure to a wide range of financial products and close collaboration with internal stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the organisation meets its monitoring and reporting obligations with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Monitor exception reports to identify potential disclosure requirements across EMEA jurisdictions.
- Work to tight daily deadlines and regulatory timeframes.
- Develop a detailed understanding of exception types to support accurate regulatory filings.
- Build expertise in security transactions and a range of financial products.
- Establish strong working relationships with global stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proven ability to build relationships across functions and geographies.
- Comfortable working under pressure and to stringent deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of equity products including stocks, listed and OTC derivatives is advantageous.
- Understanding of operations and the trade lifecycle is preferred.
- Prior experience in investment banking, wealth management, or prime brokerage is beneficial.
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting and disclosure monitoring is desirable.

Expectations regarding hybrid working
As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the client\’s offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our client\’s policies and expectations are and these vary. This particular project requires five days per week on site. However, there may be flexibility depending on the client\’s needs.
