As a Digital Transformation & AI Strategy Consultant, you will be advising on the strategic adoption of digital technologies — with a focus on Agentic AI — to help our clients deliver improved customer experiences, while ensuring alignment with regulatory, legal, and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor or subject matter expert to executive stakeholders on digital transformation, with a strong emphasis on AI readiness and compliance.
- Deliver thought leadership, market insights, and future trend analysis to guide technology and business strategy.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, assess emerging technologies, and advise on their potential business impact and risk profile.
- Develop actionable roadmaps, business cases, and transformation blueprints aligned with the objectives of financial services organisations.
- Assess organisational readiness for change and recommend models for agility, operational scalability, and innovation enablement.
Required Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in strategic advisory roles within financial services, consulting, or digital transformation domains.
- Deep understanding of AI trends, regulatory frameworks, and the ethical implications of emerging technologies.
- Proven ability to develop business-aligned technology strategies, risk mitigation frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior executive levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, synthesise complex information, and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
