The predicted salary is between 21198 - 25992 £ per year.

Salary Grade D Points 6 to 8 (£25,183 to £25,992 Full Time Equivalent), subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job starts at £21,198.50.

John Whitgift Academy is looking to appoint an Art Technician to join our academy as soon as possible on a permanent, full-time basis.

As the Technician for the Art department, you will work closely with the Head of Department to support teaching and learning by ensuring equipment and resources are prepared and in good working order to facilitate effective lessons daily.

Our student numbers are increasing year by year, and we are the highest performing academy in North East Lincolnshire and in the top 4% of the most improved academies in the country. We are continually building on our strengths and pride ourselves on high expectations.

We currently have over 900 students aged 11–16. Our academy is conveniently located near the A180 for easy commuting. Despite our growth, we maintain a small school-friendly atmosphere with excellent relationships between students and staff. Behaviour is very good, with a relentless focus on learning and aspiration.

Our facilities include an Engineering block, two full-size swimming pools, and a 207-seater cinema, which enhance teaching and learning experiences.
