Are you a ServiceNow Developer who enjoys proper ownership, real variety, and the chance to shape the future of a platform - not just maintain it? At Delt, you’ll join a small but highly capable ServiceNow team, playing a key role in developing, enhancing and supporting ServiceNow solutions for our partners and customers. This isn’t a narrow dev role; you’ll be involved across the full application lifecycle and have genuine influence over how the platform evolves.
What you’ll be doing
- Full ServiceNow application lifecycle: analysis, design, development, integration, testing, implementation, upgrades and incident support.
- Delivering high-quality coding and customisation (workflows, scripting, integrations, REST APIs, CMDB improvements, reporting, data imports and more).
- Designing and building new solutions, including supporting our investment in CSM Professional and helping shape our transition from ITSM to CSM.
- Ensuring governance, documentation, risk mitigation and technical standards are followed end-to-end.
- Collaborating with colleagues, suppliers and partners to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions aligned to Delt’s architectural principles.
What we’re looking for
- Strong workflow configuration, report development and integration experience.
- Experience working with either REST APIs, or Service Graph Connectors.
- ServiceNow certifications (Admin and Scripting essential; CSM desirable – we’ll support development).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to travel across the South West when required.
Why Delt?
At Delt, we deliver critical IT and business support services that help our partners - including local authorities, the NHS, and schools - do what they do best. We are purpose-driven, people-centred, and proud of the impact we make.
Benefits include:
- Generous holiday allowance of 25 days plus bank holidays
- Up to 12 Flex Leave days a year
- Matched contribution pension scheme up to 10% of salary
- Opportunities to buy and sell leave
- Employee shopping savings portal
