We’re looking for two experienced 360 Recruitment Specialists to join our team on a fully remote basis. This is a great opportunity for recruiters who are confident managing the full recruitment cycle and delivering results independently.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Managing the full 360 recruitment process
• Conducting outbound client and candidate calls
• Sending CVs to live roles and speculative prospects
• Updating daily activity logs in our internal systems
• Meeting weekly performance KPIs
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in 360 recruitment (agency background essential)
• Strong phone manner and communication skills
• Able to work independently and manage your own desk
• Confident using CRMs, LinkedIn, and email outreach tools
What We Offer:
• Fully remote position (Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week)
• Base salary of £25,000 pa + commission bonuses
