Main Duties

  • Managing a portfolio of insolvency cases (CVLs, MVLs, administrations and bankruptcies) from start to closure
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, creditors and stakeholders
  • Leading and mentoring junior team members, reviewing their work and supporting development
  • Preparing reports, statements of affairs and statutory documentation in line with regulatory requirements
  • Liaising with directors, creditors and external bodies to progress cases efficiently
  • Ensuring all cases are compliant with insolvency legislation and internal procedures
  • Identifying risks, key issues and opportunities within cases, providing clear recommendations
  • Supporting Partners/Directors on more complex or high-value assignments
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high level of professional service
