The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.

DSL are looking to add to our team of support hub administrators. This role will involve day-to-day liaison with Clients, along with providing support for all operational workstreams at all levels - managers, assistant managers, supervisors and engineers.

Your Role:

  • Health and safety awareness carrying out duties for self and colleagues
  • Supporting as required in the administration of Operating Procedures from processing quotes, raising and planning both reactive and planned works on SimPRO
  • Liaising with Clients, suppliers, subcontractors and engineers, by email and telephone, including managing inbox and taking incoming calls
  • Assist with managing the PPM schedule
  • Assisting with purchasing of materials/plant hire
  • Assist with arranging subcontractors
  • Receiving deliveries, allocating and labelling for relevant engineer/job
  • Assist with booking out of plant to engineers
  • Assist with assigning new plant/equipment asset numbers, including updating SimPRO
  • Assist with updating KPIs
  • Assist with receipting purchases, checking and approving invoices on SimPRO
  • Assist with checking engineers’ timesheets for correct completion of all data required
  • Any other duties that may be required from time to time

Your Skills:

  • Proven experience in a similar sales admin/support role
  • Proactive, with attention to detail, good organisational and time management skills.
  • Able to prioritise and multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service attitude
  • Computer literate, Microsoft Office/M365, Teams and Sharepoint.
  • Experience of using SimPRO would be beneficial

Your Hours:

Working 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am till 5.00pm.
