The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
- Support the safe, efficient and effective running of the team, ensuring best practice and compliance with Health & Safety requirements, including DSL’s HSEQ policies, working to RAMS, correct use of PPE and following company procedures.
- Mobile working at various aggregates and water industry sites across the South East.
- Attending to and rectifying fault calls.
- Small to large installation projects.
- Obtain equipment details and part numbers to facilitate ordering of spares.
- Trouble shoot and make recommendations for improvements/potential issues that we can highlight to the client.
- Ensure appropriate equipment is used, logged and returned.
- Complete reports, test sheets and other required documentation.
- Other tasks as required by your Supervisor/Line Manager.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with process or plant electrical installations.
- ECS card.
- Controls fault finding.
- 2391 or equivalent (preferable) or good working knowledge of testing fixed wire installations including mine and quarries testing.
- Sound knowledge of site compliance/health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work on your own, or as part of a team.
- Working knowledge of tools and equipment.
- Ability to interpret project plans and drawings.
- IT literate to be able to accurately log time and workflow on tablet.
- A ‘can do’ attitude, and willing to help others.
- Experience of using Simpro would be helpful.
Your hours:
Working 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 7.30am till 5.00pm.
You will be required to join the call-out rota to cover out of hours breakdowns. This attracts additional remuneration on top of annual salary.
