Delphi Care Solutions is launching a new domiciliary care service in Torquay. The Registered Manager will lead the CQC registration, recruit and develop the initial care team, and help shape values, governance and the operating model from day one.
The role offers flexible part-time hours (roughly 20–25 per week) with potential to grow as the service expands, and close collaboration with the owner and local professionals to deliver person-centred care.
