Rate: Competitive Daily Rate (DOE)

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd is supporting one of its clients and seeking an accomplished Interim Registered Manager to support its service with oversight of all service activities within the Domiciliary Service.

This is your opportunity to:

  • Implement Sustainable Change – Develop and execute service improvement plans with measurable outcomes
  • Mentor Care Teams – Uplift staff capabilities while maintaining service continuity

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing CIS compliance roadmaps across all Key Lines of Enquiry
  • Restructuring care delivery systems to ensure sustainable quality improvements
  • Preparing service for successful mock and actual CIS inspections
  • Delivering complete handover documentation with maintained improvements

Requirements:

  • Registered Manager with proven experience (NVQ Level 5 Leadership & Management) (Essential)
  • Proven success in managing domiciliary care services
  • At least 5 years of recent experience in a registered manager role within domiciliary care setting
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for domiciliary care services in the UK
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to rapidly assess, decide and implement effective solutions
  • Experience in managing budgets and staffing
  • Access to own vehicle. Full UK driving licence
  • Enhanced DBS registered with the rolling update system (Essential)
  • Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance (Essential)
