Are you a Registered Clinician with ADHD expertise ready to lead a brand-new CQC-registered service? We are seeking an exceptional Registered Manager (Clinical) to spearhead the expansion of a rapidly growing national mental health provider. Launched in 2024, our client specialises in private autism and ADHD assessments for adults, children, and families across the UK. With over 50 hubs nationwide and a multidisciplinary team of Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Speech and Language Therapists, and Occupational Therapists, they are now launching a dedicated ADHD medication and titration service – starting in Solihull.
This is a unique opportunity to shape a service from the ground up. You will act as the CQC Registered Manager, leading the full registration process, developing governance frameworks, and ensuring compliance with all fundamental standards. Beyond regulatory leadership, you will remain clinically active – conducting ADHD assessments, diagnostic reports, and overseeing the medication titration pathway.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the named CQC Registered Manager, leading the application process and CQC interview.
- Develop, review, and implement all policies, procedures, and governance systems to meet CQC regulations.
- Prepare for and respond to CQC inspections, implementing action plans from audits and feedback.
- Act as Safeguarding Lead, managing incidents, complaints, whistleblowing, and serious concerns.
- Oversee clinician registration, supervision, consent, documentation, and patient safety.
- Lead the ADHD medication and titration pathway, ensuring NICE guideline compliance.
- Conduct ADHD assessments and diagnostic reports.
- Once CQC-approved, lead the service operationally while prescribing and titrating ADHD medications.
What You Must Bring:
- Proficiency in the full ADHD assessment and medication management pathway.
- Active registration with a recognised professional body (e.g., GMC, NMC, HCPC).
- Proven experience with CQC registration and inspections, providing clinical expertise.
- Ability to work independently with a strong focus on quality and integrity.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience assessing and treating both adults and children with ADHD.
- Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager with full awareness of statutory duties.
- Leadership experience managing clinical pathways and multidisciplinary teams.
