You've spent years identifying what good looks like. Now help providers achieve it.
Delphi Care Solutions is expanding its specialist Quality Improvement & Inspection team and we're looking for experienced quality professionals who want to have a genuine impact on care services across the UK.
Whether you're a former CQC Inspector, an experienced Head of Quality, Governance Lead, Regional Support Manager or Quality Consultant, this role offers the opportunity to use your expertise in a more influential, varied and rewarding way. This isn't a traditional compliance position.
You'll work directly with care providers to conduct mock inspections, identify areas for improvement, support service turnaround projects and help leadership teams raise standards before regulators arrive. You'll be working with organisations that genuinely want support, improvement and challenge from someone who understands exactly what inspectors look for and what good care should look like in practice.
If you're passionate about improving outcomes, influencing quality at a senior level and helping services achieve their potential, we'd love to speak with you.
The Opportunity
As a Quality Improvement & Inspection Lead, you'll support providers across residential care, nursing, supported living and domiciliary care services through a variety of quality-focused projects. No two weeks will look the same. You could be:
- Conducting a mock inspection ahead of a CQC assessment
- Supporting a provider through a quality improvement programme
- Advising senior leadership teams on governance and compliance
- Producing detailed inspection reports and action plans
- Identifying risks and recommending practical solutions
- Supporting leadership teams to embed sustainable improvements
- Delivering training, coaching and best practice guidance
- Playing a key role in service turnaround and improvement projects
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from professionals who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience as a CQC Inspector or equivalent quality-focused role
- Strong knowledge of the CQC Single Assessment Framework
- Experience undertaking inspections, audits or quality reviews
- Excellent report writing and analytical skills
- The ability to influence, challenge and support senior leaders
- A track record of driving service improvement and positive outcomes
- A passion for raising standards within health and social care
Why Join Delphi Care Solutions?
This is more than a quality role. It's an opportunity to become part of a growing specialist division supporting providers across the UK during some of their most important moments. You'll have the autonomy to use your expertise, the variety that comes from working across multiple organisations and the satisfaction of seeing your recommendations translate into meaningful improvements for people who use services.
What's On Offer?
- £50,000 - £55,000 salary
- Mileage expenses paid
- Flexible and hybrid working
- National projects and consultancy assignments
- Genuine career progression opportunities
- Exposure to a wide range of care settings
- Supportive and highly experienced leadership team
- Opportunity to shape and develop a growing national service
Ready for Something Different?
If you've spent your career assessing services and identifying opportunities for improvement, this is your chance to work alongside providers and help them deliver lasting change.
