The Person We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is commercially driven, motivated by growth and success, enjoys winning business, takes ownership and initiative, is entrepreneurial in approach, is comfortable working independently, understands that recruitment is both a people business and a commercial business, is hungry to perform, exceed expectations, and build something significant, and can identify opportunities and convert them into revenue.

Career Opportunity

This role offers a genuine opportunity to lead and significantly expand an established recruitment operation within Delphi. For the right individual, this position provides considerable scope for professional growth, leadership responsibility, financial reward, and long-term career development.
