Delphi Care Solutions is seeking an Interim Ofsted Registered Manager to join our task force on a freelance/self-employed basis across the UK. You will provide hands-on leadership during transitions, drive Ofsted registration readiness, stabilise teams, and embed robust safeguarding and quality standards across a range of settings.
Ideal candidates will have proven experience with Good/Outstanding inspections, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to travel at short notice.
