Delphi Care Solutions Ltd is expanding its dynamic Task Force Teamdue to its continuous growth and increasing business demands and is looking for experienced Care Operations & Compliance Specialists to support transformative compliance projects across the UK’s adult care sector with specialisms in learning disabilities, mental health, complex care, supported living, dementia, elderly care, residential or nursing care, local authorities amongst others. In this opportunity, you will need to:
- Be an experienced Care Operations and Compliance Manageror Current or ex-CQC Regulatory Inspector – Guide care providers through CQC inspections, registrations, and quality turnarounds
- Drive Meaningful Change– Implement actionable improvements that elevate care standards

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conductingdetailed mock inspectionsusing authentic and updated CQC methodology Developingbespoke compliance roadmapsfor underperforming services
- Leadingcrisis interventionsfor homes at risk of enforcement
- SimplifyingCQC registrationfor new providers
- Deliveringevidence-based trainingto upskill care teams
- Bachelor\’s degree in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field.
- 3+ years in a compliance/quality rolewithin social care -learning disabilities, mental health, complex care, supported living, dementia, elderly care, residential or nursing care, local authorities- Preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years\’ work experience as a current or ex-CQC inspector delivering quality management and regulatory compliance with UK health and social care – Desirable .
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, KLOEs, MCP/OLM frameworks, and regulatory updates
- Hands-on experience withCQC/Care Inspectorate inspections, audits, and policy development.
- Exceptional report writingand stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends and patterns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to organise work to deadlines.
- Proven ability to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives and drive organizational change.
- Access to own vehicle with full UK driving licence
