Delphi Care Solutions seeks a Strategic Governance, Safeguarding & Regulatory Oversight Lead to guide Responsible Individual governance across UK-regulated services.
This contract role reports to the Registered Provider/Board and focuses on safeguarding leadership, strategic governance, and inspection readiness.
You will uphold Care Standards Act 2000, Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, SCCIF standards, and provide professional challenge while remaining independent of day-to-day management.
