About The Role

Delphi Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a specialist residential service in Nottingham supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs, and behaviours of concern.

We are looking for experienced Support Workers who are confident supporting individuals with complex needs and who understand the importance of delivering consistent, person-centred care.

This is a full-time role working a mixture of day and night shifts on a rolling rota.

Main Duties

  • Provide high-quality support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
  • Promote independence, dignity, choice, and wellbeing
  • Support individuals with daily living activities and personal development
  • Follow care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour support strategies
  • Support service users to access activities and engage within the local community
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Report changes in needs, behaviours, or wellbeing
  • Safeguard vulnerable adults and follow all policies and procedures
  • Participate in training, supervision, and team meetings

Requirements

Essential

  • At least 12 months' experience working within adult social care in the UK

  • Mental Health Needs
  • Behaviours of Concern
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work both day and night shifts
  • Right to work in the UK

Desirable

  • NVQ/RQF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) experience
  • Residential care experience
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Hours
  • Permanent full-time contract
  • Average 42 hours per week
  • 12-hour shifts
  • 8am to 8pm or 8pm to 8am
  • Includes weekends and bank holidays
