Delphi Care Solutions Ltd seeks an experienced Responsible Individual to lead and develop our RI consultancy service. This senior role combines RI responsibilities with consultancy, quality assurance, client relationship management and service development.
You will act as the named RI for an agreed portfolio of Ofsted-registered children's homes, providing oversight, governance, support and challenge to providers and Registered Managers, while helping grow Delphi's RI service and building strong relationships.
