Delphi Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of an ambitious children's care provider looking for a Registered Manager to launch and lead a brand-new 3-bed SEMH children's home in Nuneaton.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will play a key role in establishing a safe, nurturing and high-performing home for children with social, emotional and mental health needs.
You will be responsible for
- Leading the day-to-day operation of the home
- Maintaining full Ofsted compliance
- Recruiting, developing and retaining a skilled staff team
- Creating a positive and child-focused culture
- Managing safeguarding and risk management processes
- Building strong relationships with local authorities and external professionals
- Managing budgets, occupancy and performance
- Driving quality assurance and continuous improvement
- Preparing the home for successful Ofsted inspections
About You
We're looking for a passionate, resilient and ambitious leader who is committed to achieving exceptional outcomes for children and young people.
Essential
- Experience within children's residential care
- Strong understanding of SEMH and trauma-informed practice
- Excellent knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
- Leadership or management experience within a residential childcare setting
- Strong safeguarding knowledge
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable
- Registered Manager experience
- Deputy Manager ready for first registration
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare
- Track record of Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
