Salary:£14.30 – £15.56/per hour (Depending on Qualification & Experience)
Job Type:Permanent – Full Time
Work Schedule: Office-Based
Hours of Work:Days, Nights & Weekends; 42hours/per week (rolling rota)
Start Date:Immediate, but subject to satisfactory enhanced DBS check

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd is looking for a Team Lead – Support Worker for a residential adult care, to team leadership and provide care in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements in this community-based service in Nottingham, NG8 supporting adults with learning disability and autism. The role aimed at providing team leadership, supporting and enabling service users to maintain skills and personal interests whilst delivering person-centred care that is bespoke to each individual.
As a support worker, you will be responsible for:
- Leadership– Supervising staff and ensure that all staff contribute to the efficient running of the service
- Care Delivery –Ensuring Service Users are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing.
- Welfare– Promoting and protecting the welfare of those individuals supported by the service
- Stakeholder Management– Developing effective working relationships with other employees within the service and work in cooperation with members of multidisciplinary teams to maximise opportunities for service users
- Personal Development– Seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth, understanding and adhering to all policies and procedures relevant to the role and attending statutory training and any other training as directed by management.
- Adhering to all Infection Control Policy and Procedures and ensuring to keep up to date with scheduled Infection Control Training
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years’ work experience in healthcare sector as a support worker with learning disabilities and autism in an adult service. (Essential)
- Minimum 1 year work experienceas a Team Leader within learning disabilities and autismadult service. (Desirable)
- NVQLevel 3 qualification in Health and Social Care – (Essential)
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills.
- Excellent leadership skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for problem solving.
