Delphi Care Solutions Ltd is supporting one of its lovely clients and seeking an accomplished Interim Registered Manager to support its service with having oversight of all service activities within the Domiciliary Service.

- Implement Sustainable Change – develop and execute service improvement plans with measurable outcomes
- Mentor Care Teams – uplift staff capabilities while maintaining service continuity
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Developing CQC compliance roadmaps across all Key Lines of Enquiry
- Preparing service for successful mock and actual CQC inspections
- Delivering complete handover documentation with maintained improvements
Requirements
- Registered Manager with proven experience (NVQ Level 5 Leadership)
The Delphi team will provide ongoing support and guidance for the duration of the contract.
