Job Title: Compliance Consultant (Adult Social Care) – Contractor

Type: Contract (Project-Based, Monday-Friday)
Delphi Care Solutions Ltd is expanding its team and seeks experienced Care Operations & Compliance Specialists to support compliance projects across the UK’s adult care sector, including learning disabilities, mental health, complex care, supported living, dementia, elderly care, residential or nursing care, and local authorities. Responsibilities include:
- Guiding care providers through CQC inspections, registrations, and quality improvements.
- Implementing actionable changes to improve care standards.
- Choosing projects based on expertise and availability.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conducting mock inspections using CQC methodology and developing compliance roadmaps.
- Leading crisis interventions for at-risk homes.
- Simplifying CQC registration processes for new providers.
- Delivering training to upskill care teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, nursing, or related field.
- At least 3 years in a compliance or quality role within social care sectors.
- Preferably, 3+ years as a CQC inspector or similar experience.
- Deep knowledge of CQC regulations, frameworks, and updates.
- Experience with inspections, audits, and policy development.
- Strong report writing, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Own vehicle with UK driving license, DBS registered, and valid insurance policies.
