Job Title: Compliance Consultant (Adult Social Care) – Contractor
Location: Nationwide (Travel Required with Hybrid Projects)
Rate: Competitive Daily Rate + Expenses

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd is expanding its team and is seeking experienced Care Operations & Compliance Specialists to support compliance projects across the UK’s adult care sector, including learning disabilities, mental health, complex care, supported living, dementia, elderly care, residential or nursing care, and local authorities. Key responsibilities include:
- Guiding care providers through CQC inspections, registrations, and quality improvements
- Implementing actionable changes to improve care standards
- Choosing projects that match your expertise and availability
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conducting detailed mock inspections using current CQC methodologies
- Developing bespoke compliance roadmaps for underperforming services
- Leading crisis interventions for at-risk homes
- Simplifying CQC registration processes for new providers
- Delivering evidence-based training to care teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, nursing, or related field
- At least 3 years in a compliance or quality role within social care, including learning disabilities, mental health, or elderly care (preferred)
- Experience as a current or former CQC inspector (desirable)
- Deep understanding of CQC regulations, frameworks, and updates
- Experience with inspections, audits, and policy development
- Strong report writing and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills to meet deadlines
- Ability to develop and lead quality improvement initiatives
- Own vehicle with a full UK driving license
- DBS registration with rolling update system
- Valid public liability and professional indemnity insurance
