Delphi Care Solutions is continuing to grow, and we are establishing a new Business Operations Support department to work alongside our existing HR and Accounts teams. We are looking for an experienced and highly organised operational leader to establish and lead this new department. You will provide ownership, coordination and operational discipline across areas that sit between departments, ensuring important work is documented, monitored and completed effectively. This is a senior Head of Department position with responsibility for its own remit, priorities and delivery.
About the Role
The Head of Business Operations Support will strengthen operational control as Delphi continues to scale. The role will provide a clear point of ownership for cross-functional operational activity, allowing specialist teams such as HR and Accounts to remain focused on their core responsibilities. You will work closely with senior leadership, internal departments and external providers to improve governance, accountability, documentation and operational efficiency across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the new Business Operations Support department.
- Coordinate operational activity across HR, Accounts and senior management.
- Strengthen governance, documentation, compliance controls and audit readiness.
- Track business-critical actions, risks, deadlines and management follow-ups.
- Manage the administration and monitoring of Delphi’s legal cases.
- Oversee credit control, debtor follow-up and legal recovery processes.
- Monitor Work in Progress and flag financial or operational risks.
- Maintain HR records, training logs, policies and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate GDPR, IT access, systems, assets and permissions registers.
- Manage office facilities, suppliers, security and operational service providers.
