We’re now seeking a Senior Global Media Manager to join our Global Paid Media team, helping to define and optimise media strategy across the Group. Reporting directly to our Global Head of Paid Media, you’ll sit at the centre of our international media ecosystem, shaping global frameworks, influencing local execution and helping markets maximise performance.
This is a rare opportunity to work at the heart of a major international business, leading media strategy across globally recognised brands.
The role

Alongside managing the relationship with our Global Media Agency, you’ll consolidate global marketing and media plans to provide a clear and transparent view of media performance across the Group. You’ll collaborate closely with brand teams, digital specialists and market leads around the world, helping to shape a more connected, data-driven and effective media approach.

- Helping markets continuously improve media effectiveness and maximise ROI.
- Consolidating global media and marketing plans to provide HQ with a centralised view of investment and activity.
- Collaborating with global brand, digital and marketing teams to ensure a consistent international media approach.
About you
You’ll bring strong media management experience from either a leading international media agency or a large multinational organisation, alongside a genuine passion for data-driven marketing and global brand growth. You’ll have a broad understanding of the media landscape, with particularly strong knowledge of digital media and performance-focused strategies. Commercially minded and analytically strong, you’ll be comfortable translating complex performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders. You’ll also thrive in international environments, confidently managing stakeholders across different markets, cultures and functions.
Ideally, you will have:
- Significant demonstrable ability in media management
- Strong digital media and performance marketing expertise
- Experience managing large-scale, multi-channel media budgets
- Advanced knowledge of media measurement and bidding platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Full professional fluency in English (Italian would be advantageous)
This is an opportunity to shape the global media roadmap of a premium international consumer brand group, at a pivotal moment in its digital evolution. Whether based in Treviso or London, you’ll work at the centre of our international media strategy, collaborating with teams and markets around the world to help drive the future success of De’Longhi Group brands. You’ll join a collaborative, ambitious and internationally minded business where your expertise and ideas will have visible global impact.
