Help shape the future of our Retail Media across Europe. At De’Longhi Group, we’re transforming how our brands win in the digital retail environment. We operate across more than thirty countries worldwide, combining consumer insight, innovation and performance marketing to drive growth. We’re now seeking a Global Retail Media Specialist to join our Global Paid Media team, which can be based in either Treviso or in London, helping to lead and optimise our retail media activity across Europe.

This is a hands-on, commercial role at the intersection of performance marketing and retail execution, ensuring our products stand out on the digital shelf and deliver measurable commercial impact across our European retail partners. It’s an opportunity to work directly with our Global Head of Paid Media, helping to shape how De’Longhi Group approaches retail media across some of Europe’s most important retail ecosystems.

The role

You’ll be actively involved in the operational execution, optimisation and strategic development of retail media campaigns across major European retailers including MediaMarkt, Currys, Otto, Unieuro, Darty and more. From sponsored products and display through to video campaigns, you’ll manage end-to-end activity, balancing visibility, conversion, ROAS and market share growth across multiple platforms and territories. You’ll work closely with local trade marketing teams, retail media networks and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are insight-led, performance-focused and aligned to wider commercial priorities. As well as managing campaigns, you’ll analyse performance data, identifying opportunities and helping to evolve De’Longhi Group’s wider retail media capabilities across Europe.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing retail media campaigns across major European retail platforms and networks.
  • Developing tailored media plans aligned to seasonal peaks, launches and commercial priorities.
  • Managing and allocating budgets across platforms to maximise ROI and market share performance.
  • Monitoring and optimising campaign performance through bidding, keyword, audience and creative adjustments.
  • Conducting A/B testing to improve visibility, engagement and conversion.
  • Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights and performance recommendations.
  • Producing regular reporting and performance deep-dives for senior stakeholders.
  • Acting as a technical point of contact for local marketing teams and external retail media partners.

About you

You’ll bring strong paid media experience, including hands-on expertise within retail media networks and retailer ecosystems. Commercially aware and analytically driven, you’ll understand how retail media contributes not just to ROAS, but to wider brand visibility, market share growth and digital shelf performance. You'll look beyond top-line ROAS; you’ll be comfortable working with metrics such as iROAS and New-to-Brand (NTB) data to understand the effectiveness of retail media investment and how paid activity interacts with organic performance. You’ll be comfortable navigating retail media platforms and interpreting performance metrics, while also understanding the practical realities of working across multiple European retail environments.

You’ll likely have:

  • Significant demonstrable experience within Paid Media, including Retail Media Networks (RMNs).
  • Strong experience across retail platforms, dashboards and bidding environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and familiarity with reporting tools such as Looker.
  • Experience managing significant media budgets and performance campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Full professional fluency in English (additional European languages advantageous).
  • Experience within Consumer Electronics or mass-market retail environments would be highly beneficial.

Why join us?

This is an opportunity to help shape the retail media roadmap of a globally recognised consumer brand group at a pivotal moment in its digital transformation. You’ll work directly with the Global Head of Paid Media, collaborating with teams and retail partners across Europe to redefine how De’Longhi Group brands succeed in the digital retail landscape. You’ll join an ambitious, international business where your expertise will have visible commercial impact across multiple markets. Our work environment and investment in staff are outstanding, and our extensive benefits include:
