About the Role
De’Longhi Group is building one of the world’s most culturally relevant home appliance brands by creating ideas, partnerships and content that people genuinely want to talk about. The Global Influencer Lead will define and scale our global influencer and creator ecosystem across De’Longhi Group brands. This is not a traditional influencer marketing role. This is a leadership position responsible for building a global creator model that drives earned media, cultural relevance, social growth and commercial impact.
You will establish the global vision, operating model, governance and strategic partnerships that enable local markets to execute best-in-class creator marketing while ensuring our biggest campaigns become global cultural moments. This role sits within the Global Earned Media team based in the London Social Hub.
What You’ll Own
- Build and lead the global influencer strategy across all De’Longhi Group brands.
- Create a long-term creator ecosystem spanning celebrities, macro, mid-tier, micro creators, ambassadors and affiliates.
- Develop influencer strategies that support major product launches, cultural moments and always-on storytelling.
- Build annual creator roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
- Agency relationships and RFPs.

The location
This role is based at our newly established Social Media Hub in Farringdon, London. We operate a flexible hybrid working model, typically three days in the office and two at home. Regular travel to Italy is expected, with occasional additional international travel.
